Dinosaur Prints

Looking for a simple and fun way to practice letters while playing and having fun with dinosaurs? Try this dinosaur prints activity! This activity makes a perfect way to practice letter D.

Supplies needed:

• play-doh
• dinosaur toys

Start by making the letter D out of play-doh, practice its name and sound. Next, have the dinosaurs go stomping! Kiddos will have so much fun making dinosaur prints in the play-doh!

For a fun addition while completing the activity play the song “We are the Dinosaurs” by the Laurie Berkner Band! We had so much fun listening and having the dinosaurs go stomping to the fun beat in this song! You can also make more formed letters using play-doh letter molds. We love making letters out of these letter tools!
